SlidingSusan | Easy Install

SlidingSusan® comes pre-assembled. The cabinet guides are attached to the base, and the drawer guides are fixed to the underneath side of the SlidingSusan® drawer. Four screws and a single sheet of easy to follow instructions are included.The installation is simple. Everything you need is in the box for a 5 minute installation with our one page instruction sheet. Empty the cabinet, unhook the drawer from the base. Set the base on the shelf (locking clips sold separately) or the cabinet bottom and align it with the front edge of the cabinet. Run screws into the 4 pre-drilled holes to secure the base. Put the drawer on the guides and you are done.

Open the box Clear everything out of the cabinet area where you are going to install. Open the box. Easily slide the drawer from the base and put the drawer off to the side for now.	Line up and screw in Place the base on the bottom area of your cabinet and line up with the front inside edge of cabinet trim. Screw in and tighten the 4 provided screws in the pre drilled holes. (if you need to install on an adjustable shelf or half shelf please see the instructions below).	Slide the drawer onto the tracks Slide the drawer on to the tracks. Neatly stack your things into your new SlidingSusan® and enjoy!



Another application is to mount the system on an existing shelf. We can provide locking shelf pins to secure your adjustable shelf in place.* In this application you’ll need to also determine the thickness of your shelf (5/8” - 3/4”) & the diameter of the hole in the side of your cabinet that the shelf pin goes in (5mm – 1/4"). Installation on a shelf is exactly the same except after you empty the shelf and BEFORE you do anything else you will need to replace the existing shelf pins with the shelf locking support clips. After that you would install as per usual instructions.		Another application is to mount the system in a spot that does not currently have a full size shelf. We can make you a custom sized shelf to fit in your cabinet. We will make these shelves from 1/2” – 3/4” Maple or Birch sheet goods with our clear 100% UV finish and edge banding. We are unfortunately unable to match your existing cabinet color. To measure this you would need to measure the inside of your cabinet width and deduct 1/4” from that width. You also need to determine the length that you need. Please make sure you measure correctly and your cabinet is square as this is a specialized shelf made especially to your size, we can not be held responsible for any measurement errors or for how square your cabinetry is.
